Inactive or Lost Accounts
Information for customers who believe they may have an inactive, dormant or lost account with FidBank UK.
What is an inactive or lost account?
A lost account is sometimes referred to as an inactive or dormant account. This usually means the account has not been used for an extended period of time.
If you held an account with FidBank UK and have not used it for some time, we may be able to help you ascertain the status of the account.
Information that may help us trace your account
- An old statement.
- A cheque book or account correspondence.
- Any previous account number or customer reference.
- Identification documents to prove who you are.
- Evidence of entitlement to the account, where required.
What happens next?
Once we have traced the account, we will discuss the next steps with you and explain what information or documentation may be required.
Before releasing account information or funds, we must complete appropriate identity and entitlement checks.
